# MusaReproAtlas V1.0 public research release

MusaReproAtlas is the reviewer-facing companion resource for the manuscript
*Stage-resolved integration reveals reproductive bottlenecks and context-dependent transfer of multi-trait selection in banana breeding*.

Open `index.html` to use the database. The interface provides release overview,
evidence framework, external validation and full-data exploration views.

Downloadable research objects:

- `MusaReproAtlas_v1.sqlite`: normalized SQLite database;
- `MusaReproAtlas_v1_English.xlsx`: 26-sheet Excel release;
- `MusaReproAtlas_v1_English_csv.zip`: complete CSV archive;
- `MusaReproAtlas_v1_validation.json`: validation summary;
- `MusaReproAtlas_v1_build_manifest.json`: build and provenance manifest.

Scientific boundary: later-cycle field outcomes are not formal advancement labels.
Historical NARITA evidence is limited to maternal-parent and cross aggregates.
Restricted MusaBase identifiers and raw plot-level traits are not redistributed.
Public source facts remain under their original terms.
